Our home is thoughtfully designed to promote comfort, independence, dignity, and meaningful social connections. Villa Socorro RPV features four private bedrooms, one shared bedroom, and three bathrooms with walk-in showers. Three of the bedrooms and many shared living spaces offer scenic ocean views, creating a peaceful atmosphere throughout the home.
The spacious living room, complete with a brick fireplace, opens to the dining area and connects to the backyard and pool through sliding glass doors. The kitchen also overlooks the pool, adding to the home’s bright, open, and inviting atmosphere. These comfortable shared spaces encourage residents to relax, enjoy meals, participate in activities, and spend meaningful time together while maintaining their privacy and independence.
Villa Socorro RPV also holds a hospice waiver, allowing eligible residents to remain in the familiar comfort of our home while receiving compassionate hospice services in coordination with their chosen hospice provider.
